The Team

  1. Philip Bachmayer

    Having obtained a London University Law Degree, Philip qualified as a Solicitor in 1980 and undertook commercial conveyancing, initially at Warrington & Runcorn Development Corporation and thereafter, at London Transport.

    Returning to the North West, he joined Vincent & Co and became a Partner in 2001.
    Philip specialises in commercial conveyancing, wills, probate and administration of estates.  He also provides advice to our more mature clients regarding enduring power of attorney and court of protection matters.

    When not working he enjoys attending the theatre and walking with his family.
  1. Natalie Rutter

    Natalie studied law at the University of Glamorgan. She trained at Fieldings Porter and qualified in 2004 at Forster Dean LLP before joining Vincent & Co in April 2012.

    Natalie is our Head of Residential Conveyancing and along with running a very busy department she is also the Compliance Office for Legal Practice for Vincent & Co.

    Born in Bolton but grew up in Golborne, Natalie spends most of her spare time divided between chasing after her Springer Spaniel Hetty and her young Nephew Fin.

  1. Lesley Porter

    A Wigan girl, Lesley attended Whitley High School and went on to obtain a Law Degree at the University of Hull, qualifying as a solicitor in 1990.

    Lesley has worked in Wigan throughout her career joining Vincent and Co in 2015 and becoming a Partner in 2017. Based at our Standish office Lesley deals with all aspects of Family Law along with Wills, Probate and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

    A mother of two, in her spare time Lesley  is involved in school governance and is a member of the Philip Larkin Society.

    We also have excellent support staff, some of who have been with us for many years, giving continuity. They are able to give easy to understand advice, assistance and accurate updates.
